WHAT IS COACHING AND IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU? 

Coaching is client-driven and focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. It’s a confidential, dynamic and creative process of discovery through one-on-one conversation. Coaching cultivates greater self awareness, opens the door to curiosity, choice and possibility, empowering you to embrace and own greater personal and professional potential.

Life is change and a series of starting lines. When change is imminent, whether it’s known or uncertain, highly orchestrated or out of your  control-change can come with a host of feelings, circumstances, perceived limitations and challenges. Coaching can help you to think and feel your way toward identifying what you (really) want, what’s important, and where there might be gaps. So often, the starting line is formed when your inner knowing (or gnawing) awakens to questions like “Is this it? What else do I want? How do I find it? What is it?”  Curiosity is a starting line. 

MY COMMITMENT

As a coach, I am your springboard to discovery. You are the expert on you and I’m committed to helping you discover your own answers and distill your thoughts by asking thought provoking questions that lead to deeper reflection, new perspectives, and abundant possibilities. I will create as safe a container for you as possible and hold space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. This is the work I love to do-helping you uncover, discover, and reconnect with your desires, goals, authenticity and vision.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Coaching is all about you; your intentions, challenges, strengths, opportunities for growth, goals and dreams.  I encourage you to come prepared to each conversation with a question, challenge, or idea that's important to you that you'd like to explore - it can be related to your career or your personal life. Be prepared to invest time between sessions to reflect. I encourage you to keep a journal and write down your observations through your coaching journey.

WHAT’S NEXT?

The following questions will help to get you into a coaching frame of mind. Give yourself ample time and be as honest as you can with your answers. Please send a copy to me at least 24-hours before your first session – and we’ll use your answers as the foundation for our first conversation.
