A Collector of Questions

I am a collector of questions, a cultivator of curiosity, a fervent believer in possibility, and an ally of choice. I believe my spiritual growth is imperative to my well-being and my practice as a coach. I know the importance of connection and community, especially for women because we share deeply-rooted beliefs about who we think we are that keep us from unfolding into who we really are.

I’ve coached daughters, mothers, and grandmothers, some are doctors, fire fighters, CEOs, entrepreneurs, lawyers, engineers, morticians, arts administrators, wedding planners and retirees.

I work one-on-one with women at the edge of change, who crave to be more of who they already are - which can be both exciting and kind of scary. Points of change and transition, whether chosen or chosen for you, are filled with great potential. The lens I choose to look through and hold up for clients, is ‘what if something amazing happens?’

I don’t give you the answers. What I offer is an arsenal of really good questions, my intuition, the capacity to hold space, a kick-ass ability to reframe, and a great sense of humour to help you discover them.
