It’s Always About Love
Whatever it is, it’s always about love. That’s the practice, paraphrased from a meditation by @dianalang. And love is about choice. Always.
Whether it’s about conflict with that prickly person who is so full of *%$# – it’s about love.
If it’s endless self-judgement, lack of confidence or sense of self-worth – it’s about love.
If it’s the crumbling of a global and/or political system – it’s about love. @mariannewilliamson is right about that, by the way.
Responding to anything from a place of love doesn’t mean bypassing difficult feelings – like anger. It’s how I choose to move through the expression of those feelings, how I pay attention.
How I respond to what’s taking place in the world out there and the world in here, impacts me down to the cellular level. If I respond to anything or any person from a place of fear, how does that feel? What’s the net effect? If I respond to anything…to everything rooted in love, how does that feel? What feels better? What’s the net effect?
All the love, none of the fear @stephjagger. It’s a practice.
